About the Firm

The firm was founded in 2020 amid the COVID-19 pandemic to provide assistance to employees as the largest wave of layoffs since the Great Depression razed the economy.   As advocates for employees, the firm primarily takes cases where a company or employer has violated federal or California labor and employment laws.  The firm also provides legal counsel to employees navigating an exit from their present employment and transition to a new employer.  Along with employment law, the firm provides general civil litigation and limited transactional services.

Vision

Creating balance in an imbalanced capitalist society by empowering employees to assert, protect, and advance their workplace rights.

Mission

Advocating on behalf of employees, including people of color, women, LGBTQI+ individuals, immigrants, and the most underrepresented and underserved—those  intersecting multiple identities.   We do our work by providing counsel and legal representation, engaging with the community,  and advocating for changes to our laws.
